Heredia Project – Floating slab dripping and wall assembly

OKO HAUSEN
Building in harmony with nature.

Nestled in a stunning setting surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views, this project reflects our commitment to sustainable construction and architectural design that blends seamlessly with the landscape. 🏡✨

We’re currently moving forward in two crucial phases:
✅ Pouring the floating slab
✅ Raising walls with the ICF system, which not only speeds up the process but also ensures superior thermal and acoustic insulation. This means a home that stays cool, quiet, and energy-efficient—even in Costa Rica’s diverse climate. 🌱

Here, we’re creating more than a house—we’re crafting a living space that respects and connects with its natural surroundings. 💚

In the great design of things you actually receive an A with regard to effort and hard work. Where exactly you actually misplaced me was first in the facts. As people say, details make or break the argument.. And it could not be more correct here. Having said that, permit me inform you just what exactly did work. The authoring is certainly really convincing which is most likely the reason why I am making an effort in order to opine. I do not make it a regular habit of doing that. Second, although I can see a jumps in reasoning you come up with, I am not sure of how you seem to connect the ideas that make the conclusion. For right now I will subscribe to your issue but hope in the near future you actually link your facts better.
